Christine even met the painter onsite and helped to select the colour scheme. When I travelled to Brisbane to carry out some of the more minor jobs that needed

doing, Christine met me at the property and lent me the tools and equipment that I required to get the tasks done, even organising to have the rubbish I created removed after I left. Nothing was too much trouble.

Christine successfully marketed the property, holding weekly open homes and giving

us full reports by email and backed them up with phone calls, despite the calls being

international. The property was sold by Christine and settled within 3 months from listing, which  was very pleasing to us in the current market.
